Q. Can we afford your service?

A. Our service works out to be less that hiring a full time in house estimator.

Q. How much time do you need to complete an estimate?

A. Of course,  the more time we have the better, but about a week per million dollars depending on how technical the job is.

Q. How do we get the plans and specification to you?

A. You can send them via UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS or e-mail.

Q. Do you provide prices for the same job to other customers?

A.  No we only bid one job to one customer.

Q. Will you do just a material and labor take off?

A. Yes we will, but with today’s estimating programs, after the take off process is complete its so quick to finish the estimate that if you provide us with all your labor, overhead, profit, burden and other costs pertaining to the job, will will finish it  100% and also go over it with you and make adjustments.

Q. Will you bid a job for unit pricing?

A. Yes, unit prices are usually done on a by the hour basis unless a job is specifying unit prices per bid documents.

Q. Who’s material prices do you use for the estimate?

A. We will use your specified suppliers and subcontractors based on your preference or will use suppiers from your area of the country.
